This complex is situated about 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Denia and you just need to cross the coastal road to get to the sandy beaches. It has two large swimming pools with attached children’s pools, outside changing rooms, toilets and showers and all apartments are overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens and pools. The complex has its own tennis court (free of charge). Each apartment has its own designated parking space. The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates. The ground floor gardens are fenced in for extra safety for children. In the same street you will find several restaurants.

In total we have 4 apartments here (3x 2 bedrooms and 1x 3 bedrooms), very popular for family holidays or longer term winter rentals.
